Definīcija: The copying or appropriation of information, an idea, a creation or any other item which is not protected by any exclusive intellectual or other property right, where the plaintiff has made a considerable investment of time and money to create the item, the defendant has appropriated it at no or very little cost, and the appropriation has allowed the defendant to compete unfairly and to cause some injury to the plaintiff.
